What you can expect during a day at the Summer Popshop.......
The summer popshop has two groups, Kids age 7 - 11 and Teens age 12 - 16
Starting at 9:00am and finishing at 5:00pm you have 2 exciting days filled with with loads of music inspired activities such as
Songwriting
Singing in a Vocal Harmony Group
Performance Workshop
Dancing
Showcase Development
Live Musicianship
Original Creative Dance
You’re doing all this singing and dancing, it would be a shame not to show it all off! So at the end of the 2nd day you will be putting on a final showcase with a stage, lights and microphones!
Its the perfect time to show all your new friends what you have been working on and creating! Parents are also welcome to come and watch!
With all this singing and dancing going on you need some time to chill! You have a couple of breaks and time where you can snack down on your pack lunch.
Each activity in the popshop has been put together with Kids and Teens in mind, it is all age appropriate. We will be using songs from Mamma Mia, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Alexandre Burke, Kesha, all chart modern songs! It is a ‘popshop’ after all!!
Summer popshop runs for 2 days. You can choose which week you would like to attend.
Monday 9th and Tuesday the 10th of August
or Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th of August
On both days Kids and Teens can be dropped off at 9:00am for a 9:30 start and collected at 5:00pm.
Spaces are limited to 15 Kids or Teens in each group, to guarantee your place sign up now!
